These Terms govern the use of the website and the provision of services related to track creation, mixing and mastering, as well as the purchase of samples and presets.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

• Ghost Production: Custom track creation with full rights transfer. The buyer receives exclusive rights to the track.
• Mixing and Mastering: Services for mixing and mastering tracks.
• Customization Track: Customization and modification of tracks based on the client’s request.

Services are provided after full agreement and confirmation with the client.

3. Purchase of Samples and Presets

All samples and presets are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any incompatibility with the client’s software.

The rights to use the samples and presets are limited to personal use unless otherwise specified in the product description.

4. Payments and Refunds

• A demo track is provided free of charge.
• All changes within the style of the demo track are free. However, changes in the track style that differ from the initially specified reference track are not allowed.
• Payment for final services must be made before the main stage of work begins.
• Refunds are only possible before the work has started. Once the work begins, refunds are not available.
• No refunds are provided for the purchase of digital products (samples and presets).

5. Timeframes and Process

Timeframes depend on the complexity of the project and are agreed upon individually.

The client must provide all necessary materials and information for timely project completion.

6. Confidentiality and Anonymity

We guarantee full anonymity and confidentiality when providing Ghost Production services. Order details are not shared with third parties.

7. Copyright and Licensing

All rights to tracks created as part of the Ghost Production service are transferred to the client.

We are not responsible for the client’s use of tracks, samples, and presets that may infringe third-party copyrights.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using our services or products.

The client agrees to use the purchased tracks, samples, and presets in compliance with the law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
